As the full-time Marketing Associate, the main priority is to assist the campaign managers to facilitate the marketing collateral for our clients and partnerships. Marketing, in our eyes, is about understanding people. It's about building awareness on how our products and services can better their life at home. In these times, the "home" is more than just a house to a customer, in our eyes. Giving our consumers the best communication methods they can get with our services is the priority of what we do here.

Main Objectives of the Marketing Associate:
Create ongoing business relationships with our customers to build trust and transparency.
Express a friendly and upbeat attitude
Participation in role-play situations, product expertise, and psychology of customer service behavior training
Establishing, positioning, and identifying our target audience through leads provided by the customer service support center.
Learn training techniques to make promotional advertising more seamless for fellow Associates.
Participate in daily meetings to review the companies standards and targeted goals
Express involvement in campaign meetings and help contribute new ideas for the target audience we market to.

Skills and Qualifications of the Marketing Associate:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or business-related field
A high school diploma or equivalent
Have an ambitious and creative mindset
Willingness and ability to travel with a team or independently

This position is in-person with our clients and customers and is compensated on sale by commission.
