Job Description - Full-time nanny for 2 and 1 year olds

            We’re a fun-loving family of six—Mom, Dad, two energetic boys (ages 2 and 1), and our two beloved dogs! As flexible and laid-back parents, we don’t sweat the small stuff and love embracing the chaos of childhood. Our boys are full of energy and curiosity—they’ll be snuggled up with a book one moment and putting on a full-blown concert the next! Laughter, learning, and growth are at the heart of our home, which is warm, welcoming, and filled with love. We’re looking for the perfect person to complement our family and join in on the adventure!

A bit about you:
            You are fun, thoughtful, and love planning engaging, educational activities! We’re looking for someone who can help create meaningful daily experiences while we prepare our oldest for preschool. You meet children where they are, adapting to their needs and following the strategies already in place. You’re a true partner to Mom and Dad, collaborating to discover new interests and bring them to life. With a strong background in childcare, you have experience working with children the same ages as ours. Most importantly, we hope to find someone who will grow with our family and be part of our journey for years to come!

Job Duties:
            Your day begins as the boys finish up breakfast while Mom and Dad start their workday, either from home or the office. After breakfast, the morning is filled with free play and engaging activities until lunchtime around 11:30 AM. Following lunch, the youngest heads down for a nap while the oldest enjoys some playtime before his own nap. During naptime, light household tasks such as tidying up activities, cleaning up from meals, and general organization would be appreciated. Once the boys wake up, the afternoon includes more free play, a snack, and winding down before the parents return home.

Position Highlights: Guaranteed hours, Competitive pay, Mileage reimbursement
Qualifications: Safety-focused, planful, engaging, experienced, up to date on standard vaccinations
Set yourself apart: Speak another language, have a degree in education, or are interested in instruments or music!
Schedule: Starting ASAP, Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm, for at least one year, ideally longer
