Full-Time Nanny Needed for One Child – Loving Glenview Family

A warm and welcoming family in Glenview is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their fun and active 4-year-old son. They are hoping to find someone who is nurturing, engaging, and excited to become part of the family for the long term. A vehicle is required for this position.

Schedule:

• Monday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Tuesday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Friday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  (Some flexibility is appreciated.)

What They’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate is energetic, kind, and confident in caring for preschool-aged children. Excellent communication and a proactive attitude are a must, along with a genuine love for children and a desire to grow with the family. Flexibility is appreciated as both parents occasionally travel for work—any changes to the schedule will be communicated in advance.

Responsibilities Include:

• Engaging with the child through play, conversation, and activities

• Preparing meals and snacks for the child

• Packing lunches during the school year

• Light housekeeping related to the child (tidying kitchen and play areas)

• Family laundry

• Running occasional errands (e.g., quick grocery trips)

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Appreciated):

• Spanish-speaking candidates are a plus! The child has been learning Spanish with a previous nanny.

• Pet-friendly – the family plans to adopt a dog in the future. No pet care duties will be required, but comfort around dogs is important.
