Full Time Nanny – Oakton, VA 

A family in Oakton, VA 22124 is seeking a warm, engaging, and experienced nanny for their 1-year-old child. The family values early childhood development, creativity, and maintaining a screen-free environment. 

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday; 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible)

Family Specifications:

• Smoke-free home

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for a toddler


• Plan and lead age-appropriate, education-focused activities including letters, numbers, colors, and early learning concepts


• Maintain a screen-free environment through creative and engaging play


• Assist with feeding, diapering, and naps


• Perform light household duties related to the child, including tidying play areas and cleaning up after meals and activities


• Transport child to outings and activities such as parks and classes


• Maintain a safe, loving, and stimulating environment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years (7 years preferred) of childcare experience, including infant and toddler experience


• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and comfort driving the child


• CPR and First Aid certified


• Warm, caring, and engaging personality with a strong focus on early childhood development and education

Compensation:

• $27 per hour (negotiable based on experience)
