Full-Time Nanny- Santa Barbara, CA (Frequent Travel)

Our client is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and highly professional nanny to care for three active boys between the ages of 8 and 10 in Santa Barbara, CA. The ideal candidate will be local to Santa Barbara, and fully available for frequent, extended travel, including international trips. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provide warm, attentive care for three school-aged boys (8-10 years old) 

• Plan and engage in age-appropriate, screen-free activities (hiking, beach outings, games, educational projects, etc.) 

• Prepare healthy and balanced lunches and dinners for the children 

• Manage school schedules, extracurricular activities, and transportation as needed 

• Organize and pack for travel, ensuring the children’s needs are anticipated and met 

• Coordinate with household staff and parents to ensure a smooth day-to-day flow 

• Encourage positive behavior, manners, and age-appropriate independence 

• Support with homework and academic enrichment as needed 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in children’s spaces 

• Be an active, engaged presence, proactive, and in tune with the children’s emotional and developmental needs 

Requirements: 

• Professional, discreet, and social media-free 

• Comfortable with cats and dogs in the home 

• Able to take initiative, plan ahead, and lead with confidence 

• Strong communication skills and a natural bond with children 

• Must have prior experience working with multiple boys in this age group 

• Must be open and available for international and extended travel 

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 

• U.S. Passport  

• Strong references from similar private household roles 

Schedule: Full-time, flexibility required
