Full-Time Night Shift Caregiver

Position:

• Full-Time Night Shift


• CNA Preferred (but experienced caregivers are encouraged to apply)

Compensation:

• Competitive pay based on experience


• Night shift differential


• Weekend differential

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care


• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including dressing, toileting, grooming, and mobility.


• Monitor residents throughout the night to ensure their safety and comfort


• Answer call lights promptly and assist with resident needs


• Complete accurate documentation


• Assist with housekeeping and laundry duties as assigned


• Work closely with the nursing team to ensure quality care


• Help create a peaceful, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.

Qualification:

• CNA certification preferred


• Previous caregiving or assisted living experience is a plus


• Compassionate, dependable, and patient


• Strong communication and teamwork skills


• Ability to work independently while remaining attentive to resident needs


• Must be able to pass a background check and meet employment requirements
