Full-Time Nurse

Description of the Role:

A full-time nurse at University Home Care in Livonia, Michigan plays a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care. The nurse will be responsible for delivering compassionate, comprehensive nursing care to patients to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients


• Administering medications and treatments


• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs


• Assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures


• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license


• MUST be willing to travel all of Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties


• Must have 1 year experience in home visits


• Must know/have experience in Oasis charting 


• Charting on Kinnser 


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities


• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation 

Benefits:

• Competitive compensation package: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
