Salary: $320,000 base + up to $38,000 additionally if call is divided equally

- Call pay: $750 weekday / $2,500 weekend (24hr)
- Post-call days are off
- 1:12 call ratio

Case Types: General, Orthopedic, GI, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, Endoscopy, CV, Neuro, and Vascular
Staffing Grid: The anesthesia team includes 25 CRNAs and 9 MDs across hospital and outpatient settings
- Main hospital daily staffing: 3 MDs and 8 CRNAs
- Outpatient centers staffing: 1 MD and 4 CRNAs
Job Summary: A facility in Beaumont, TX is seeking a service-oriented CRNA to join its collaborative OR call team. This W2 position offers a highly competitive salary, generous call compensation, full benefits, and a supportive environment for both experienced CRNAs and new grads.

Requirements
● Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on
Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
● Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas.
(Currently, or willing to obtain)
● Minimum of 0-1 years of
experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in various anesthesiology cases.
● Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia
management for diverse patient populations.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact
with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
● Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver
optimal patient care.
● BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
