Location: Chick-fil-A West Pond | Schedule: Mon–Thurs 4PM–Close, Fri–Sat 3PM–Close (40+ hrs w/ OT)

Age Requirement: 18+

We're currently looking for a rockstar Dishwasher to join our Back of House team! If you're a hard-working, team-first kind of person who takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen — we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

• Be the unsung hero of the kitchen — keeping dishes sparkling clean and always available
• Wash all dishware, utensils, and equipment by hand or dishwasher (as approved)
• Clean and sanitize kitchen stations, shelves, appliances, floors, and walls
• Scrape fryer filters and rinse garbage cans daily
• Remove trash and recycling regularly to keep the kitchen fresh
• Support your fellow team members with a smile and willingness to jump in
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards — because safe food is happy food! We pride ourselves on our exceptionally high food safety standards!
• Clean the dishwasher daily to ensure optimal performance
• Utilize our checklists to ensure daily deep cleaning tasks are completed with care

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a dishwasher preferred
• Understanding of and extreme care for food safety and cleaning protocols
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Able to use apps to manage daily checklists
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Must be 18+
• Availability for the full posted schedule (with overtime opportunities!)
