JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greeting all patients
  • Follow patient Check in and check out procedures.
  • Collect payments.
  • Verify insurances.
  • Update and scan patient documents
  • Available to open and close the office at least once a week.

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
  • Computer knowledge and experience required.?
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Available to commute to Martinsburg WV office
  • Available to commute to Frederick, MD headquarters for first month of training
  • Available to work Full Time during regular business hours
