- $90,000 to $110,000+ Base Salary, negotiable dependent on experience

COMPANY PROFILE: 
This multi-site healthcare organization has been serving the greater Wickenburg area for more than 20 years, providing full scope primary care and related services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.  They currently boast a staff of 3 physical therapists, who are supported by dedicated clinical and administrative team members, and they are hiring due to growth.    



POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing high quality PT services in an outpatient clinic setting (90% of work hours), as well as inpatient / swing bed in a hospital (10% of work hours).  Although it’s rare, PTs are occasionally required to perform school-based therapy or treat assisted / independent living residents affiliated with the practice. 

The practice’s close-knit team of PTs work with each other, PTAs, administrative staff, and hospital staff to ensure comprehensive, holistic, and caring treatment.  PTs report to the Director of Rehabilitation.

The core duties of the PT role include, but are not limited to:

- perform evaluations, reevaluations, treatments, and discharges
- prepare and submit patient charges accurately to provide billing information
- provide a minimum of one in-service to the public and/or peers per year
- act as a clinical preceptor for affiliated PT and PTA student programs (when appropriate)
- assure continuity of services and care
- participate in team discussions and planning
- assist the Director of Rehabilitation in building programs related to PT

This organization plays an integral role in the healthcare of the local community and the PT will participate in at least one community event per year.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Physical Therapy
- Arizona PT license
- BLS certification
- no experience required
