SCHEDULE: 
- Full-Time
- 40 Hours per Week
- 4-Day and 5-Day Options
- No Nights
- No Weekends
- Negotiable on Exact Daily Schedule


COMPENSATION: 
- $75,000 to $90,000+ Base Salary, negotiable depending on experience

This top-rated physical therapy organization has been improving the lives of patients in the greater Prescott area for more than 20 years.  Their comprehensive services focus on, among other areas, orthopedics, joint pain, post-op recovery, spinal injuries, sports injuries, sports performance, prevention, and wellness.  Their large, state-of-the-art facilities house a wellness center, aquatic therapy pool, exercise classrooms, and more.  They are owned by physical therapists and are hiring due to growth. 


POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
Physical therapists see between 12 and 14 patients per day.  This number can be adjusted based upon patient need, anticipated length of appointment, etc.  Clinical assistants (PTAs and technicians) are available to assist.

Patient demographics are diverse - all ages, variety of diagnoses, pre-operative, post-operative, acute injuries, chronic injuries, sports injuries, athletic treatments, and more.  

Therapy services include, but are not limited to:


- manual therapy
- exercise prescription
- dry needling
- kinesiotaping
- aquatic therapy
- SASTM
- vertigo treatment

The practice also contracts with local sports teams, offering dynamic and interesting work outside of the office for those employees who are interested.  (This work is not required.)

The practice uses the Raintree EHR.


REQUIREMENTS:
- completion of an accredited physical therapy program
- Arizona PT license (or scheduled to take NPTE)
- no experience necessary
