Full-Time Physical Therapist - Sign-On Bonus

OPEN POSITION:

SCHEDULE: 
- Full-Time
- 4 Days per Week
- 9 Hours per Day
- 4 Hours Administrative Time (can be remote)
- One 4-Hour Saturday per Month (with flex time off)


COMPENSATION: 
- $80,000+ Base Salary, negotiable dependent upon experience

COMPANY PROFILE:
This private practice opened in 2001 and is the premier injury clinic in the greater Denver area.  They currently employ 4 physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, 1 physician assistant, 8 physical therapists, and a large team of medical assistants, psychologists, chiropractors, massage therapists, and acupuncturists, who are supported by a robust complement of administrative and operational team members.  They are currently hiring a new physical therapist due to growth.  


POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
The new physical therapist will work as part of a close-knit team of healthcare professionals, seeing patients recovering from auto accidents and personal injuries.

PTs typically see between 10 and 15 patients per day.  This number is adjusted based upon patient need, anticipated length of appointment, etc. to ensure each and every patient has appropriate, dedicated time with their provider.  Clinical assistants are available as needed.

Services of the practice include, but are not limited to:


- physical therapy
- massage therapy
- acupuncture
- chiropractic care
- counseling
- neuro-optometry

The practice uses an EHR.

The schedule for this position will consist of four (4) 9-hour work days, with 4 hours being allotted each week for administrative time that can be performed in the office or remotely.  The new PT will work one (1) 4-hour Saturday shift per month, with flex time off during the week to ensure work/life balance.


REQUIREMENTS:
- completion of an accredited physical therapy program
- current Colorado physical therapy license
- no experience required
- new graduates are welcome to apply
