Join Palmetto Preschool - Northchase as a Full-Time Floater and play a vital role in helping our classrooms run smoothly! Located across from Laney High School in the Murrayville area, we provide high-quality childcare for children ages 6 weeks and up in a nurturing, educational setting.

This is not your average daycare job—we're looking for someone who values relationship-based care in a learning-rich environment.

What You'll Do:

• Step into infant, toddler, or preschool classrooms as needed to support daily routines


• Assist lead teachers with classroom activities, diapering/potty training, and supervision


• Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment


• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and teammates


• Ensure consistency and continuity in care when staff are out or on break

What We’re Looking For:

• Flexibility, patience, and a team-player mindset


• A love for children of all ages—from snuggly infants to energetic preschoolers


• Experience in a licensed daycare or preschool is a plus, but not required


• High school diploma or equivalent required
