Full-Time Psychiatrist (MD) – Nashville, TN Market
Location: Skyline Medical Center, Nashville, TN
Schedule: Monday – Friday + 1 Weekend/Month
Salary Range: $285,000 – $325,000+ (Based on experience and scope of work)

Position Overview:

RRPA is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist (MD) to lead and oversee our psychiatric consult services across the Nashville, TN market. This leadership role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact across multiple facilities while maintaining a primary onsite presence at Skyline Medical Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person psychiatric consults at Skyline Medical Center in partnership with an onsite full-time APP.
   
• Provide clinical oversight and leadership for RRPA’s psychiatric consult services across the Tennessee region.
   
• Collaborate remotely via telemedicine with APPs stationed at additional hospital sites.
   
• Participate in weekend rounding and call coverage one weekend per month at Centennial Medical Center (Parthenon Pavilion).
   

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $285,000–$325,000+, with potential for additional earnings depending on expanded responsibilities

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (MD or DO)  
• Active Tennessee medical license or eligibility for licensure  
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and telemedicine skills
