- $400,000 to $500,000 Annual Income

COMPANY PROFILE: 
This private, physician-owned practice has been serving the Mesa community for more than 40 years.  Their services include, but are not limited to, diagnosis and treatment of a variety of pulmonary conditions, pulmonary function testing, spirometry, and more.  They employ 6 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers, and are currently hiring due to growth.



POSITION DESCRIPTION: 
Please note that the practice is seeking the right physician for a long-term partnership fit.  They are happy to be flexible on the details of the job description - the information listed here is open to discussion.

This is a private, physician-owned practice that operates their primary clinic inside a local medical center, as well as two nearby locations also inside medical centers.

The practice offers both inpatient and outpatient pulmonology services and the new physician may work in either or both areas, based on their preference.

Providers working in the office have the flexibility to set their own schedule within the hours of operation (Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm).  Most providers see 20 to 25 patients on a full clinic day.  

Providers working both in the office and the hospital typically rotate working one week in each setting (rounding in the ICU during inpatient weeks).  The practice covers the ICU every day from 7:00am to 7:00pm and providers round on 25 to 40 patients, depending on census.

During weeks in the ICU, physicians are also responsible for on-call.  There is very little (if any) activity.

In all settings, physicians work with dedicated clinical assistants.  The practice also employs certified respiratory therapists.

The services of the practice include, but are not limited to:

- comprehensive evaluation and care for lung conditions
- comprehensive evaluation and care for sleep-related problems
- pulmonary function testing
- spirometry
- inhaler education
- much more

The practice uses eClinicalWorks.


REQUIREMENTS:
- Arizona medical license
- DEA
- Board Certified or Eligible, Pulmonology
- no experience required
