About the Role
We’re seeking full-time, investor-friendly Realtors who are motivated by performance, passionate about real estate, and ready to dive headfirst into a high-reward career.
You’ll represent buyers and sellers across Ohio and gain access to exclusive off-market deals, hands-on mentorship, and direct support to purchase your first rental or flip property.
This role is ideal for driven, entrepreneurial professionals looking to build a six-figure income and a long-term investment portfolio.
What You’ll Do
Real Estate Brokerage & Sales
- Represent clients in real estate transactions across Ohio
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Analyze deals with investor clients and help them build portfolios
- Guide buyers and sellers through the full transaction process
- Build your personal brand and client base
Investment & Wealth Building
- Access off-market deals through our proven systems
- Learn how to evaluate deals, estimate renovations, and assess ROI
- Receive mentorship on buying your own rental or flip property
- Get referrals to trusted contractors and investor-friendly lenders
- Grow in an environment where 75% of agents become owners within 18 months
