We are looking for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a vibrant environment. This full-time, year-round position comes with competitive benefits. You will enjoy a balanced work life with shifts from Thursday to Monday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

As a valued member of our Ground Crew, your contributions will include:

- Enhancing the beauty of our resort by weed whipping and mowing diverse foliage

- Ensuring our beach fronts are inviting and maintained to perfection

- Keeping the surrounding grounds pristine and free of debris

- Splitting wood and managing tree care to create a welcoming atmosphere

- Handling snow removal during the winter months to guarantee accessibility and safety

- Upholding the highest standards of quality and appearance throughout the resort

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older to operate company vehicles.
• Must have valid drivers license with clean driving record.
• Subject to background check (over 18yrs)
• Aval on weekends.
• Must be aval to accommodate a 7-3:30pm work schedule.
• Experience with Lawn maintenance equipment, such as log splitter, chainsaw, riding and push mowers, weed whipper, backpack blowers.
• Able to operate a stick shift vehicle preferred, but not required.
