Full-Time Restoration Apprentice

We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and reliable individual with excellent customer service skills to become a full-time Restoration Apprentice at HBM Restoration. This role involves assisting in the repair of both residential and commercial properties. Applicants should possess the following qualifications: A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, basic knowledge of hand tools, strong willingness to learn, applicants must be capable of: Standing, walking, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and bending for extended periods, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying between 50 to 70 pounds, including navigating several flights of stairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working alongside with the Restoration team to meet and exceed customer needs

• On the job training towards Restoration Technician position:

• Fundamentals of mitigation, understanding balance drying system, cycle metric, antimicrobial and demolition training.

Skills/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

• Must have a valid driver license and a reliable vehicle

• Pass background check for insurance purposes.

• Excellent communication skills

• Able to read, write, text and email.

• Customer service oriented 

• Ability to work a flexible schedule

• Keep accurate records of time cards, checkout forms, vehicle records and any job paperwork.

• Willingness to learn and improve

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4pm, variable (weekends/after hours on-call)

Compensation range:  $17 to $19/per hour
