Full-Time Retail Beer Merchandiser

We are looking for a responsible store merchandiser for a full-time position. Work will include driving to retail stores throughout the week to merchandise, rotate, and organize beer coolers, displays and back rooms. Teamwork is vital and creativity is critical. Advancement in the company possible if expectations are exceeded consistently.

Must be at least 18 years old, have a high school degree or equivalent, a neat appearance, a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to successfully complete a drug screening and a background check.

Responsible for:

• Neatly rotating and restocking beer in cold boxes, displays, and end caps
• Neatly organizing and rotating all back stock.
• Building creative displays as directed by store or sales representative
• Staging unused pallets outside the building
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Carrying out all special assignments and special deliveries given by supervisors
• Giving extra service to accounts which require more attention due to factors such as unusual volume or special parties
• Constantly having dialog with store managers and back door receivers
• Always looking for opportunities within the store
• Staging any out of code product in the back room for pickup on the next delivery
• Reporting any major issues to supervisors
  

Schedule: Monday through Friday, including holidays and occasional weekends

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school degree or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to successfully complete a drug screening and background check
• Excellent work ethic
• Willingness and ability to work before, during, and after holidays
• Willingness and ability to work occasional weekends
• Clean and neat appearance
• Must be able to work independently, while maintaining a positive, team-player attitude
• Merchandising experience in the beverage industry is a plus!
