The Eye Clinic of North Dakota in Bismarck is looking for a motivated Scribe to join our team. In this position, you will support our providers by accurately documenting patient encounters and helping maintain precise, confidential and thorough medical records—an essential part of delivering exceptional care.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Accurately document patient visits in real-time.
• Assist healthcare providers with charting and medical record documentation.
• Ensure all patient information is accurately recorded and updated.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other team members.
• Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Excellent reading comprehension and written communication skills, with the ability to accurately document detailed medical information.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Medical Scribe preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Extended standing or sitting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
