We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Seafood Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure excellence in quality and customer care.   

Hourly rate: $15.00 - $20.00, depending on experience

Requirements:

• Flexible availability
• Valid ServSafe Certification
• Positive attitude 

 Responsibilities:

• Lead and support seafood department staff in daily operations
   
• Ensure the freshness, quality, and proper rotation of all seafood products
   
• Oversee inventory management, ordering, and receiving processes
   
• Maintain clean, organized, and food-safe displays and work areas
   
• Provide outstanding customer service and product recommendations
   
• Train and mentor team members on best practices, safety, and product knowledge
   
• Monitor department performance and assist with achieving sales goals
   
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
