The soona studio creative needs to have a passion for digital content creation and an expert understanding of video production, photography, lighting and set design. On top of being a skilled creator, the studio creative must also be highly organized and able to juggle multiple customers and projects simultaneously.

• Balance creative execution with business goals, using sales skills to drive additional revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Apply various lighting styles to meet client needs, ensuring a professional and high-quality result.
• Work effectively with the studio team and engage with clients both in-store and remotely. Use strong communication and sales skills to build trust, set expectations, and enhance the client experience.
• Handle client escalations and high-pressure situations calmly and professionally, providing solutions that meet customer needs. Stay adaptable and solve problems efficiently while ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience
• Embrace changes in workflow and client needs, while staying focused on delivering top-notch results.
• Translate customer inputs into successful shoots, ensuring the final product aligns with their vision. Communicate clearly with clients, manage expectations, and resolve any issues with practical solutions.
• Assist with pre-shoot prep, equipment organization, inventory management, and overall studio orderliness. Some lifting required (up to 30 lbs).

has experience in:

• 3+ years of full-time / full-time equivalent professional photography or videography 
• 2+ years of customer service
• thriving in a fast-pace, ever-changing startup environment
• managing multiple tasks simultaneously with strong time management

we can offer:

• strong starting salary: $55,000 - $65,000

This position comes with a 90-day probationary period, during which both the employee and soona will have the opportunity to assess the fit and performance. This period is standard practice to ensure mutual satisfaction and success in the role. Throughout the probationary period, you can expect support, guidance, and constructive feedback. Successful completion of the probationary period may lead to permanent employment.
