Full-Time Teller

Citizens State Bank, a locally owned community bank, is looking for highly motivated candidates with a passion for five-star customer service to fill an open full-time Teller position in our La Crosse office. This position may include morning hours from 7:00 am or some nights until 6:00 pm, with rotating Saturdays. 

Applicants must be dynamic, sociable, and enthusiastic team players while possessing a positive “can-do” attitude, excellent judgment, and communication skills. Candidates must also have superior customer service skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to multitask with a strong desire to succeed. Previous cash handling experience is preferred, although not required. The duties of the position include processing customer deposits, cashing checks, and balancing a cash drawer.
