Full-Time UPS Store Associate - CONWAY

THIS JOB IS FOR A LOCALLY OWNED UPS STORE, NOT UPS THE DELIVERY COMPANY.
WE DO NOT DRIVE TRUCKS OR DELIVER PACKAGES. WE ARE NOT A WAREHOUSE.
THIS IS A RETAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB AT A PRIVATELY-OWNED FRANCHISE BUSINESS.

We’re hiring for our Conway location! We are looking for someone dependable, friendly, and hard-working to join our team full-time. This job entails all day, every day customer service in a busy environment. Computer, internet, and phone skills are a must! 

NOTE: We’re busiest in December & January — availability during those months is .

THIS JOB IS:

• 
  

  All-day customer service in a busy retail environment

  
  


• 
  

  On your feet for your whole shift (7+ hours)

  
  


• 
  

  Lifting packages (sometimes 50+ lbs), multitasking, staying upbeat under pressure, non-stop activity

  
  


• 
  

  Helping customers with shipping/packing, printing, and business services (faxing, scanning/email, notary)

  
  

THIS JOB IS NOT:

  NOT a warehouse or delivery job

  
  


• 
  

  NOT with UPS Corporate

  
  


• 
  

  NOT a desk job — you will be moving all day and helping customers
