Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the floor
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Train and mentor floor staff on company policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the floor area
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with scheduling and staffing needs
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- Experience working with children is desirable
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
Ability to lift/push up to 50 lbs.
Desire to learn arcade operations
Must be able to work weekends
Previous supervisor experience preferred
Previous cash handling required
Guest service experience a plus
