ERP Systems Analyst
Location:

Charlotte, NC preferred but open to remote
Duration:

12-month contract w/ potential to hire.
Pay:

$40/hr

As a Functional Analyst specializing in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization's Sage X3 ERP system. Your responsibilities will encompass analyzing, troubleshooting, and enhancing processes to meet the evolving needs of our business operations. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify areas for improvement, implement solutions, and provide ongoing support to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our Sage X3 ERP system. RESPONSIBILITIES

ERP System Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive analysis of the ERP system, including modules such as finance, manufacturing, distribution, and purchasing, to identify potential issues, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement.
Requirements Gathering:

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and Sage X3 capabilities.
Configuration and Customization:

Configure and customize Sage X3 settings, workflows, and interfaces to meet specific business requirements and optimize system performance.
Testing and Quality Assurance:

Develop and execute test plans and scenarios to validate ERP system functionality, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations.
Issue Resolution:

Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by end-users, providing timely resolutions and implementing preventive measures to minimize future occurrences.
Training and Documentation:

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to educate end-users on system features, best practices, and new enhancements. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user manuals and process guides.
Continuous Improvement:

Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within Sage X3. Recommend and implement enhancements to streamline workflows, increase productivity, and drive operational excellence.
Integration and Interface Management:

Collaborate with IT teams to manage integrations between Sage X3 and other enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Compliance and Security:

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and data security standards, implementing controls and protocols to safeguard sensitive information within Sage X3
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in ERP system analysis, configuration, and support, with expertise in one or more leading ERP platforms (e.g., Sage X3, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Skilled at writing Standard Operating Procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Experience working in food/beverage manufacturing facilities.
Proficiency in software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Knowledge of ERP system architecture, database management, and integration principles.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ERP vendor certifications, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
