General
Car Capital Technologies is a quickly growing tech company in the auto finance space.  We are expanding our operations, and we are looking for a passionate, experienced Funder I to join our team!  This position will involve the verification and funding of auto finance contracts. 

Job Description

The Funder I role will be responsible for performing the following job duties:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to consumers and dealers
• Verify stips and contracts for accuracy and completeness
• Review customer accounts in the funding queue and provide updates and information about the account
• Book and fund loans in accordance with Company policy
• Collaborate with other team members to improve customer and dealer service
• Proactively manage dealer expectations and trends
• Other tasks as assigned

This position will be in the general Dallas area.  This is an in-office position.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to de-escalate challenging situations
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to make appropriate judgment calls
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes
• Experience with required technology
• Passion for the work we do and the impact we are making
• Previous auto financing experience is a plus
• Fluency in English language is required; Fluency in Spanish is considered a plus, although not required
