Funding Coordinator

Funding Coordinators at Ambia Energy are responsible for the preparation and submission of financial milestone applications for financing partner approval. Milestone approval throughout the process directly affects the cash flow of the business, requiring efficient problem solving and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales Representatives to gather required documentation for the M1 / Project Qualification submissions.
• Coordinate with the Design Team to align installation photos with system models and verify production for the M2 / Installation Completion submissions.
• Partner with the Interconnection and Work Orders team to verify utility approval and ensure production monitoring for M3 / System Activation submissions.
• Proactively track key project milestones at risk of expiration and communicate operational needs to the relevant departments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Previous experience in solar is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven project management skills. 
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive with a high degree of autonomy and work collaboratively within a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• A desire to fulfill a future leadership role, helping to train and lead other funding coordinators.

• This position is required to work in the Lindon, UT corporate office. 
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
• This is a full time position, Monday through Friday.
