Addison Consulting Group is a leading marketing and strategic consulting firm based in Dallas, Texas. Our team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising Associate to help us drive our client's charitable initiatives.

Fundraising Associate Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies for our diverse range of clients
• Create and manage fundraising campaigns across all channels, including email, social media, and events
• Conduct research to identify potential donors and partnerships
• Manage donor relationships and communication to ensure continued support and increased engagement
• Draft and prepare reports
• Analyze fundraising data to inform decision-making

Fundraising Associate Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, sales or marketing
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members
• A passion for social impact and nonprofit work
