We are hiring a full-time Fundraising Events Assistant to support live fundraising campaigns and community outreach events. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit fundraising, event coordination, and public engagement.
No previous experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing support.
As a Fundraising Events Assistant, you will work at in-person events representing nonprofit campaigns. You’ll engage with community members, share information about fundraising initiatives, and help support event operations.
This is a face-to-face, event-based role (not remote or call center).
Assist with setup and breakdown of fundraising events
Engage with attendees in a professional and friendly manner
Share campaign details and answer questions
Support donor outreach and fundraising efforts
Distribute event materials and promotional resources
Work collaboratively with team members to meet campaign goals
Maintain a positive and professional presence at events
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable interacting with the public
Reliable, team-oriented, and coachable
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Full-time availability
Preferred but not required:
Customer service, retail, hospitality, events, promotions, or sales experience.
