Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Fundraising Sales Associate to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with potential donors and partners, presenting impactful fundraising campaigns, and achieving sales goals. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a passion for supporting charitable initiatives, and a proven ability to close deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential donors, sponsors, and partners through outreach and networking.

• Present and promote fundraising campaigns to prospective clients.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to secure long-term support.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly fundraising sales targets.

• Collaborate with the marketing and events team to maximize campaign success.

• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and sales activities.

• Stay informed on industry trends and fundraising best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in sales, fundraising, or business development.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
