Funeral Director

You will be responsible for organizing and conducting funerals, working closely with families to ensure their wishes are fulfilled. Responsibilities

• Conduct funeral services in accordance with the family’s requests.
• Communicate with families to outline options and provide support.
• Coordinate with other funeral home staff and vendors for service arrangements.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of the deceased.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with regulations.
• Assist families with grief support resources.
• Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives.

• State-issued Funeral Director License.
• Degree in mortuary science
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of funeral laws and practices.
• Willingness to work on-call and flexible hours.
