Furnaces Operator (1st Shift)

Description

• To efficiently and safely operate equipment.
• To know and follow procedures applicable to this job classification. 
• Legibly record and maintain applicable product/process information.
• Effectively utilize measuring equipment and information obtained from its use to insure continuation of control conditions
• Provide active input to continuous process improvement.
• Effectively communicate job-related information to co-workers, supervisors, service areas, and others with a need to know
• Maintain cooperative relationships with other functional areas.
• Within a team environment, effectively and safely perform all functions to maximize inspection operations and team harmony
• Effectively communicate job-related information.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work with and assist other areas.
• Actively participate in training others.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Ability to read and write.  Must be able to comprehend procedures, process documents, and work instructions.
• Must be able to write sufficiently to document the process
• Able to write sentences
• Thorough knowledge of all applicable process documentation.
• Exhibit positive team behaviors.
