About the Role:
Join America's Furniture Store as a Furniture Design Consultant, where your creativity meets our passion for quality home furnishings. In this exciting role, you'll help customers find their perfect pieces while enjoying great earning potential in a supportive and dynamic environment. We are looking for a highly professional and highly motivated individual with previous sales experience. If you are a self starter, personable, and willing to learn this may be the role for you!




Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their design needs and preferences.

  • Provide expert advice on furniture selection, layout, and styling.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to enhance customer experience.

  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain store presentation.

  • Manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.

  • Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

  • Process sales and self-audit them for accuracy

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in furniture sales or interior design is preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with customers.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • A passion for home decor and a keen eye for design.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

  • Adequate computer proficiency to operate POS system and other sales tools.

  • Reliable transportation

  • Great attendance
