Furniture Installation Team Member
We are searching for a Furniture Installer who can work with our team and take initiative independently of direct supervision. We value the customer service & technical aspect of your role and provide extensive training. This is a full-time position with available overtime.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Deliver & Assemble Furniture: Install dining, living room & bedroom furniture efficiently and professionally while protecting the customer's property. This includes assembly furniture as needed.
Customer Communication: Greet the customer and confirm the installation details, then explain furniture use and maintenance to customers after the installation is complete.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving: Identify and resolve any issues during installation appointments.
Collaborate with team: Work closely with sales team members and other installers.
Adhere to safety protocols: Follow safe working practices on installation appointments and comply with company safety standards while driving company vehicles.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Detail-oriented and organized.
Able to follow directions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
