We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Oracle Fusion ERP Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Financials and will have successfully completed at least two full-cycle implementations. This role requires strong analytical skills, business process understanding, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ERP solutions that meet business needs. This is a remote position requiring 50% travel.
Essential Duties:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Oracle Fusion ERP modules.
- Lead or support the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion Financials, including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.
- Document business processes, functional specifications, and test cases.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper integration and data flow.
- Conduct user training and create training materials.
- Participate in project planning, status reporting, and risk management activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
- Minimum of two full-cycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials(GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
- Experience with business process mapping and gap analysis.
- Ability to write functional specifications and test scripts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience working in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
- Ability to travel 50%
Desired Skills & Experience
- Exposure to Project Accounting, Purchasing, and Subledger Accounting (SLA) modules.
- Experience with Oracle BI tools or OTBI reporting.
- Familiarity with integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems.
- Knowledge of change management and training strategies.
- Oracle certification in Financials or related modules is a plus.
