About the Role:
We’re hiring a Sales Manager in Training to help grow our in-home sales team. You’ll start by learning our systems, products, and processes, and then gradually move into recruiting, training, and leading your own team.
Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage in-home sales reps
Assist in setting and achieving team sales targets
Provide hands-on coaching and support to new team members
Partner with marketing to improve lead generation and customer experience
Attend local events and expos to support brand awareness and lead generation

Qualifications:

3+ years of sales experience required, ideally in-home or direct sales
1-2 years of leadership experience required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed
CRM proficiency or willingness to learn
