Job Description - Future Sales Leader Wanted

Company Overview:
Luxury Bath NJPA has been a trusted name in bathroom remodeling since 1991. With over 30 years in the industry, we’re expanding fast and looking for driven individuals to join our leadership team. If you're early in your career and ready to grow into a management role, this opportunity is for you.
About the Role:
We’re hiring a Sales Manager in Training to help grow our in-home sales team. You’ll start by learning our systems, products, and processes, and then gradually move into recruiting, training, and leading your own team.
Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and manage in-home sales reps
Assist in setting and achieving team sales targets
Provide hands-on coaching and support to new team members
Partner with marketing to improve lead generation and customer experience
Attend local events and expos to support brand awareness and lead generation

Qualifications:

3+ years of sales experience required, ideally in-home or direct sales
1-2 years of leadership experience required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed
CRM proficiency or willingness to learn
