Do you have experience as an FX Dealer?

Are you looking for a new opportunity to develop your career as a Dealer with a fast-growing liquidity provider?

In your new role, you will support risk management and analyze broker client activity, ensuring smooth operations while closely monitoring exposures, positions reconciliation, PnL, and swap calculations.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up/Administration and Troubleshooting of Broker Client Bridges and Broker Maker Connections.
• Checking Exposures of Broker Clients in STP Environment (Corrections of Mismatches on Exposures, Keeping Exposures within Risk Limit Policies).
• Supervision of Broker Clients executions and exposures.
• Analysis of Broker Client activity and examining any cases of predatory trading or abuse of environment (Latency Trades, Swap Abuse, etc.)
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly , Quarterly customized profitability reporting for both Trading Desk PnL.
• Assistance with Risk Management and Internal/External Exposures.
• Adhering to internal Trading Desk/Dealing Room policies.
• First line Support and communication to Liquidity Broker Clients and troubleshooting of queries and issues.

What you should bring:

• Bachelors degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Forex Dealer or Trader.
• CySec certificate (Basic or Advanced) is considered an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Forex markets, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.
• Proficient in using trading platforms (MT4/MT5), order management systems, and analytical tools.
• Experience with Admin/Manager and any of the following Broker Client Bridges: FXCubic, OneZero, Centroid, YourBourse, and MT5 Administrator.
• Excellent understanding of technical analysis, chart patterns, and indicators.
• Good understanding of relevant regulations, including AML and KYC procedures.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in shifts (Schedule below).

• Salary range, according to experience and qualifications: 2500 to 3000 Gross per month.

• Morning Shift: 08:00 to 16:00
• Afternoon Shift: 16:00 to 00:00
• Night Shift: 00:00 to 08:00
• Week Off
