Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Perform opening and closing procedures of the office each day.
  


• Perform new-patient evaluations & exams.
  


• Diagnose patients, evaluate physical activity limitations.
  


• Create a plan that sets a goal and completion date.
  


• Equip patients with PT intervention techniques & exercises, track progress.
  


• Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care.
  


• Establish a plan, goal, and timeframe for treatment.
  


• Prescribe intervention techniques and exercises.
  


• Measure and track intervention effectiveness.
  


• Educate the patient on continuing care.
  


• Other duties as assigned.
  

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania.
  


• Experience in orthopedics and balance therapy is highly preferred.
  


• Certification(s) including pelvic floor, vestibular, or balance training preferred but not required.
  


• Location flexibility is vital. As we open new clinics in the area, our PTs may split time between the Collegeville clinic and future sites.
