Work hours\:  Fulltime; Monday-Friday (8\:00a – 4\:30p)

Exercise Physiology Dept highlights:

Here’s What You Need

·       M.D. or D.O. Medicine or Physiology required OR

·       PhD upon hire required

·       6 months’ physiology experience upon hire required

·       5 years’ work experience in a research lab and/or related clinical setting preferred

·       BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required

·       Demonstrated verbal and written ability to communicate effectively and professionally across disciplines and with a variety of distinct constituents, including participants, guests, staff members, physicians, and volunteers.

·       Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across and beyond the organization.

·       Must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and advanced expertise in analyzing organizational needs.

·       Demonstrated ability to lead a major research initiative, accomplish results and achieve measurable organizational outcomes and goals.

·       Demonstrated ability to influence and coach for results.

·       Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple demands as well as respond to rapidly changing priorities.

·       Demonstrated ability to respond to the needs and emotions of people under stress

·       Proficient computer programming and familiarity with common software programs, Microsoft Office, database, graphics, and spreadsheet applications.
