Attain Sports owns and manages four baseball teams: the Baltimore Orioles Double-A affiliate Chesapeake Baysox, the Baltimore Orioles High-A affiliate Frederick Keys, the MLB Draft League Aberdeen IronBirds, and the Atlantic League Professional Baseball Club Spire City Ghost Hounds. Additionally, Attain Sports is an owner of the United Soccer League (USL) Championship Club Loudoun United FC.
The Aberdeen IronBirds are seeking energetic and outgoing individuals to join our Flight Crew for the upcoming season. The Flight Crew serves as the team’s in‑park entertainment group, playing a key role in creating an exciting and memorable game‑day experience for our fans.
Flight Crew members engage with fans before, during, and after IronBirds games through interactive skits, promotions, and on‑field activities. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable performing in front of large crowds, enjoy creating high‑energy experiences, and thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Success in this role is measured not by the final score, but by the atmosphere you help create and the memories fans take home.
