Position Overview
ProLift Garage Doors seeks a Technician to perform installations, service, and repairs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills. If you have prior experience working to repair or install garage doors/motors, please apply.

Responsibilities

Service various types of garage doors and openers

Choose the best solutions for each application as it pertains to safety, functionality, and performance

Troubleshoot, repair, and perform periodic maintenance on new and existing equipment

Operational support, including inventory management, material orders, pricing strategy, etc

Team member training and development

Utilize Service Titan software to share estimates, invoice customers, and follow up with prospects

Manage your company vehicle including maintenance, operation, and stock

Assist in local marketing efforts to help grow market share

Present products and services to customers with accurate price quotes.

Qualifications/Requirements

3+ years of experience repairing and installing residential garage doors/motors is required

Ability to lift up to 85 pounds without assistance required

Strong ability to work independently as well as in a team environment required

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record preferred

Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and customer information

Excellent organization and communication skills

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
