Gardener/Grounds Keeper

Are you looking for a part-time low-stress job working outdoors? Are you hard working and detail oriented? If so, this might be the job for you!

We are an organic fruit and vegetable farm 1/2 way between Clintonville & Shawano and are looking for a part time farm hand to assist with seasonal work. This requires flexible working hours on an as-needed basis but will generally be 2-3 days a week and 15-25 hours per week. This is a contract (1099) position.

NOTE: Must be a Wisconsin USA resident to qualify.

Responsibilities:

- Planting/weeding
- Fertilizing
- Clearing brush
- Lawn mowing/grounds maintenance
- Install/maintain electric fencing
- Perform basic farm equipment maintenance
- Other outdoor tasks as required

Compensation:
-$16/hr to $20/hr depending on ability/performance
