• Full-time, 36-hour workweek with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule
• 80% procedures (scopes), 20% clinic, minimal inpatient work
• 1:4 call rotation with full 24/7 hospitalist program support
• Highly collaborative team with NP support and experienced endoscopy and clinic staff
• Strong administrative and onboarding support focused on patient care and physician satisfaction

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual compensation: $575,000 – $668,314 (includes base salary and potential bonuses)

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Active and Clear Washington Medical License 
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology
• Open to motivated new graduates
