• Callback Volume: 1-3 per week

• Phone Consults: 0-10

• Patient Volume: 15-20; 5+ procedures

• Rounding including: Yes

• Support Staff: 1 APP

• Required to supervise APPs: Yes

• Specialty Backup: Lab, OR response Time, Radiology

• Procedures:

- Upper and Lower GI Endoscopy

- Esophagel Dilatation/Manometry Interpretation

- Small Bowel Biopsy

- Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy

- Insertion/Mgmt of Sengstaken/Blakemore tube

• No of Beds: 239

• EMR: Epic

• Temporary Privileges available: Yes

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active OK License

• BC/BE

• ACLS
