- Procedure: 730a-3p

- Admin: 3p-5p

- 1 week per month

• Patient Volume: 10

• Avg. Weekly Endoscopy: 50-60

• Physician in Practice: 2

• Support Staff: Endoscopy Tech, Nurses, and Support Staff

• Procedures:

- Colonoscopy

- Upper Endoscopy

- GI Consult (As Needed)

- Esophageal Dilation ; Esophageal Foreign Body

• Trauma Level: Critical Access Hospital

• EMR: Epic & Endovault

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active VT License

• BC

• ACLS
