- Apr 28 - May 11

- May 19 - Jun 6

- Jun 14-22

• Shift Schedule: 8a-5p

- 14 shifts/month

• Call Schedule:

- Nights: 5p-7a

- Weekends: 24-hrs; 7a-7a

• Patient Volume:

- If Clinic: 10-15

- If Scopes: 12-16

• Rounding included: Yes

• Support Staff: MA, APP, RN, Anesthesiologist

• Procedures/Duties:

- Scoping, EGD, Colonoscopy

- Inflammatory Bowl Disease

- Manometry, Flex Sigs, 24-hour PH prob

- Sign all orders and Notes

• Trauma Level: III

• EMR: Epic

• Temporary Privileges available: Yes

• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

• Active CO License

• BC

• DEA

• BLS

• NPDB Report

• Clean Record
