Requirements:
• Active unrestricted license to practice medicine in any State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine with a Subspecialty in Gastroenterology
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• DEA Certificate
• NPI
• Minimum of 2 years of GI experience.
