Gate Guard and Forklift Operator Day Shift

Description

Overview: This position will consist of maintaining and organizing the entirety of the G&Z yard. This is a Day Shift Position Wednesday - Saturday 5am-5pm.

Duties:

• Provide keys and trailers to drivers beginning their shift
• Provide parking instructions to drivers ending their shift
• Add or remove sand boxes using the forklift
• Keep the yard organized and clean
• Organize and park all trailers, empty trash, and restock fuel island fluids

Requirements

Must be ok with Sunday-Wednesday 5 am-5 pm.

• Must be physically capable of lifting at least 50lbs waist high as well as walking up to 12 hours per shift.
• 1 year forklift experience (Certification not required)
• Must possess ability to manage time and solve problems individually throughout shift.
• Detail oriented and capable of receiving direction
